Team Leaders

Girish Bhagia is the founder of WebDev Inc., and a pioneer in the use of Web Services to create end user/client customizable based eFinancial Solutions.  Girish is responsible for managing the Reporting and Portfolio Accounting System development at some of SHG's largest clients.  Previously, Girish was the AVP in charge of Web Architecture at Envestment Asset Management.  Prior to joining Envestnet, Girish was the Web Systems Architect for Infograte which developed Envestnet's technology platform, one the industries most lauded Financial Data Aggregation and Reporting Systems (Forbes "Best of the Web" 2001).  Girish has a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from Loyola University in Chicago and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Pune University.

Brett Dugan - Web Services Architect

Brett Dugan is the founder of Jack Hiller Inc., one of the web's most innovative design firms. Before founding Jack Hiller, Brett was the Vice President of Production at Envestment Asset Management where he was in charge of all client interfacing applications and services for Envestnet's web reporting system. Before joining Envestnet, Brett was the Senior Project Manager for Infograte which developed Envestnet's technology platform, one the industries most lauded Financial Data Aggregation and Reporting Systems (Forbes "Best of the Web" 2001) Prior to joining InfoGrate, Brett served as Director of Operations for a Market Research firm. Brett has a BA from Purdue University.

Joann Godbout - Senior Portfolio Accounting Consultant

With over 20 years experience, Joann has a very rich background in both Investments and International Banking. She has led the Operations efforts for both Investment Managers and Brokerage Firms. With a focus on Portfolio Accounting, Separately Managed Accounts and Equity Trading, Joann has been heavily involved in the definition and refinement of data validation and integrity management processes. Additionally, Joann has extensive experience in the administration and budget management process for International Banks. Joann has a BS in Operations Management and Information Systems from Bradley University and is licensed with the NASD.

Kristi Kamykowski - Data Systems Manager

Kristi is responsible for managing all Back Office Operations on a daily basis. She is also a founding partner Harvest Investments. Kristi's background is in institutional custody, investment operations, investment accounting systems and compliance. She has serviced both large, multinational portfolios and community banks, as well as high net worth individuals. Prior to joining SHG Services, Kristi worked at Harvest, Harris Bank, Adams Financial Services, and First Colonial Bankshares Corporation. Kristi has an MBA from Loyola University and a BS from Elmhurst College in Management Science and International Business.

Joe Montemayor - Senior Production Consultant

Joe is the Senior Production Consultant for SHG Services and the Production Manager for Harvest Investments. Joe's background prior to SHG Services and Harvest is in Community Banking, where he held a variety of managerial positions and developed and implemented staff training programs. Joe was also a systems and procedures conversion specialist for acquired banks. Joe has serviced financial service needs of both institutional and retail relationships and his educational background is finance/business.

Sujatha Rajagopal - Senior Portfolio Accounting and Data Systems Consultant

Sujatha has extensive, in depth, experience in nearly every aspect of Operations, including Portfolio Reconciliation, Data Aggregation and Performance Measurement as well as Database Administration. She started in the Operations Department of a National Bank, and later moved on to a Chicago based Investments Management Firm where she was the Accounting and Performance System Manager. Sujatha has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a BS in Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Mark Schierer - Senior Investments Consultant

Mark comes to us from Envestnet Asset Management where led the reconciliation and quality assurance department covering multiple portfolio accounting systems on a daily basis. Additionally he led the reporting services customer support team and managed web services authorization. Before joining Envestnet, Mark worked for one of Chicago's most well respected Benefits Consulting Firm as a Research Analyst doing not only Performance Reporting but also Manager due diligence and selection. Prior to that Mark worked in the Institutional Banking industry doing research. Mark is a candidate for his CFP and is working on his CFA. He has a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University
